TWO (2) NURSING TUTORS/LECTURERS.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

Registration Certificate from NCK

Valid practicing licence by NCK.

 Significant experience of working within a health care organization 

A minimum of 1 of year teaching experience in medical institution Ability to demonstrate a high level of teaching and learning

A degree or Higher National diploma in Nursing.

 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines Compliance to the to the mission, vision and principles of the institution and the seventh day Adventist church
Roles and Responsibility

 Provide theoretical and clinical instructions of students to ensure mastery of skills. 

 Monitoring students performance to maintain institutional standards.

 Develop and review curriculum in line with Nursing Council requirements. 

 Conduct tests for (theory and practical) and evaluation of students assignment and performance.
