Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

. 9-12 years experience in General HR practices- Recruitment, Performance Management, Labour Relations and labour laws, Industrial Relations, Disciplinary management, HR Projects.
. Management experience- Preferred experience in managing big teams or having worked in organisations with big teams like 3k and above.
. Outsourcing experience is a plus or understanding the entire value chain
management.
. Strategic and tactical mindset.
