Sales Officer.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

. At least a Diploma or a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 
. Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy storage product sales within the East African region. 
. In-depth familiarity with the Kenyan household energy storage product market.
.  Demonstrated successful performance in previous sales roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. 
. Strong knowledge of lithium battery energy storage products, including lithium battery packs, energy storage inverters, and lithium battery energy storage systems. 
. Thorough understanding of the performance, technical parameters, and application scenarios of lithium batteries. 
. Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 
. Competence in using computer office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). 
. Proactive and enthusiastic about sales work. 
. Self-driven with excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and Strong negotiation skills. 
. High sense of responsibility and ability to manage and withstand appropriate work pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

. Achieve sales revenue targets for the company products in the East African region. 
. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach sales performance goals. 
. Continuously identify and develop new sales channels to increase market penetration. 
. Assist dealers in improving their sales techniques and increasing their product sales. 
. Maintain regular communication with dealers to monitor their sales performance and product status. 
. Provide solutions to challenges faced by dealers to ensure smooth sales operations. 
. Collect, organize, and analyze market information and feedback from distributors. 
. Monitor market development trends and demand changes. 
. Submit comprehensive market analysis reports to company headquarters. 
. Assist dealers in organizing and executing market activities to promote the company products. 
. Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and strengthen market position.
