Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

1. At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO, preferably with inbound/outbound
Medical Insurance Eligibility, Benefits, and Claim Status/Processing.
2. Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance terminologies.
3. Familiarity with navigating insurance portals like Availity.
4. Excellent attention to detail, especially with names and numbers.
5. Basic technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
6. Good in the English language both in speaking and in writing.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
8. Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs including night shifts and must be
staying or ready to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River, or Mlolongo

Duties and Responsibilities

. Maintain performance standards by completing daily tasks, adhering to process
standards, and ensuring timely processing of tasks.
. Conduct inbound and outbound calls to negotiate outcomes and gather information.
. Stay updated with process knowledge through continuous education initiatives.
. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth
process flow.
. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
. Report work-related issues and flag potential problems to supervisors.
