Innovation Analyst.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

. Capture functions, features, scope, deliverables, in presentations and process materials
. Gather, define and document product requirements, detailed process workflows, system specifications and test plans
. Track and report progress on project goals, deliverables and milestones
. Coordinate product development and delivery of solutions across departments
. Assist in the analysis of emerging trends, regulations and employer needs
. Support client consulting engagements with business analysis, project tracking and deliverable management

Duties and Responsibilities

. Support advise to the business divisions and CS executive management to guarantee that IT and technology capabilities are fully utilized to enable to help put CS into a competitive position
. Support the innovation process in such a way that it accelerates the IT Strategy and increases the competitiveness of CS
. Define Roadmaps and Target Operating Models (TOMs) that position CS and its divisions to maximum PTI and competitive advantage
. Filter key trends, competitor analysis and regulations that will impact CS and interpret the implications to business and IT leadership
. Build relationships with communities, vendor and industry partners that can enable innovation initiatives and support development of solutions
. Potential to create significant differentiated organsiation capabilities in highly changing and dynamic environment
. On-going projects and initiatives including reporting and maintaining dashboards • Assist in the delivery of events and other activity as part of the Innovation Centre Engagement Calendar • Participate in and support client pilots and POCs, assisting in delivery of workshops, tracking, burndown charts etc
. Analyze complex business and application problems and design/define solutions
. Develop subject matter expertise in services and solutions developed by Innovation
. Act as liaison between system users and application providers and development teams
