NEW NON-PROFIT BOARD MEMBERS.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

. A strong understanding of Governance and Strategic Management in the nonprofit sector.
. Deep understanding of organizational sustainability and fundraising.
. Be a professional in one of multiple areas: Finance Management; long-term assets development; or Programme Development & Management; or International Development Studies; or Research and MEL; and or Youth, Women, and Gender Development; or Democracy, Governance and Human Rights; Climate Change; or Peace Building and Conflict Transformation.
. Be ready to serve as a volunteer board member
. Possess Strong communication skills
. Demonstrated genuine passion for the cause of the organization and commitment to advancing its objectives ethically and responsibly.
. Be able to commit at least 4 days every quarter for scheduled meetings.
