Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an
advantage.
? Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction equipment industry.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
? Fluent in English and Swahili. Knowledge of other local languages would be a plus.
? Must be based in Tanzania or willing to relocate.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
? Lead and manage a sales representatives/specialists team to drive sales performance and customer
satisfaction.
? Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term
partnerships.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
? Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the General Manager.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
