Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

? Age Range: Ideal candidates will be between 25-30 years old, with a passion for retail marketing and a proactive
approach to driving brand growth. (Not Limiting)
? Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
? Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing, with demonstrated
expertise in market analysis, promotional planning, and fan engagement strategies.
? Analytical Skills: Possess strong market insight capabilities and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities
and drive business results.
? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market surveys and analyze market trends, user preferences, and
competing product dynamics. Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development
initiatives.
2. Promotional Planning: Plan and execute promotional activities for new product launches, including determining
activity content and evaluating store implementation results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful promotional campaigns.
3. Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to complete market material production and ensure effective
store coverage. Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value and support brand objectives.
4. Fan Engagement: Implement fan group operations to cultivate and maintain a strong fan community in stores.
Focus on increasing the number and quality of fans, enhancing fan retention, and improving conversion rates
through targeted engagement strategies
