Male Bakery Steward.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

1. Washing dishes, pots, utensils, and baking equipment.
2. Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors in the bakery and storage areas.
3. Cleaning work surfaces, counters, ovens, and mixers.
4. Maintains safety and sanitary standards in production areas.
5. Assist bakers with some preparatory tasks, such as: Measuring and weighing ingredients,
preparing baking sheets and pans and cleaning up spills and messes.
6. Stock shelves and refrigerators with necessary supplies.
7. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the operator.
8. May occasionally assist with packaging and presenting baked goods.
9. Assists in properly storing and organizing all incoming inventory
10. Assist the lead bakery operator in any other duties assigned to him.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Some experience in a bakery/ hotel or restaurant preferred
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.
7. Human Relation skills are very necessary
8. Computer Literate
9. Ability and passion to learn
