Operation Supervisor - Retail (Home Appliances).

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

? Age Range: Ideal candidates will be between 25-30 years old, with a passion for the home appliance industry and a
proactive approach to retail management. (Not limiting)
? Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
? Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the
home appliance, mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry. Strong knowledge of inventory
management and sales operations is essential.
? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive business growth.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders

Duties and Responsibilities

? Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential customers and facilitate store
openings. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and enhance the overall
shopping experience.
? Inventory Management: Manage store purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate listing of
home appliances. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and maximize product
availability.
? Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets. Analyze sales
data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance profitability.
? Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to store staff, including training and development initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration to achieve operational excellence.
? Visual Merchandising: Oversee the layout and presentation of home appliances in-store to maximize visual appeal
and enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
