The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's dining area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service quality standards, and managing a team of wait staff. Responsibities 1. Lead, train, and mentor a team of wait staff to ensure they deliver consistent and exceptional customer service. 2. Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. 3. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and gather feedback and 4. Welcome and seat guests courteously professionally, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience. 5. Monitor the dining room 6. room to ensure guests are comfortable, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Handle guest complaints or inquiries with tact and resolve them to their satisfaction. 7. Maintain and uphold the restaurant's high service standards, ensuring that all staff follow proper protocols and adhere to fine dining etiquette. 8.Oversee the proper setting of tables and arrangement of dining areas to create an inviting atmosphere. 9. Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and accurately, adhering to established presentation guidelines 10. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery. 11. Monitor inventory levels of beverages, tableware, and other dining essentials, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages. 12. Ensure all staff follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards, both in personal appearance and workspaces. 13.Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, addressing any maintenance issues promptly. 14.
