High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and databases. Assist with the processing of paperwork, including invoices, forms, and reports. Coordinate office activities and scheduling, such as meetings and appointments. Respond to inquiries and requests from internal team members and external partners. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
