DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the technical team to achieve the outcomes of the project in the various activities.

Support the knowledge management, M&E and preparation of communication materials of the project.

Co-operation with the Admin./Finance team; follow up on admin. procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTS SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

. Familiarity with and a supportive attitude towards processes of sensitizing and strengthening local organizations and building local capacities for self-management.
. Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g., MS Office and Excel)
. Technical report writing skills.
. Very good command of English. Somali is an added advantage.
. Good team player, who interacts well with different departments and stakeholders.
. Good management and organizational skills.
. Maintains confidentiality in handling data and information.
. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and high commitment to integrity.
. Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management.
. Willingness to travel to Somalia.
