Be a citizen (or hold refugee status) in a Commonwealth country.
Apply for a scholarship in a country other than your own (refugees apply based on their host country).
Possess a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree classification.
Have already completed your undergraduate degree at the time of application.
Be prepared to submit your final transcript and degree certificate.
